はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MaiPilot 公式サイト（https://www.maipilot.jp、以下「本サイト」）および MaiPilot ソフトウェア（以下「本ソフトウェア」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サイトの利用または本ソフトウェアのダウンロードをもって、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. ソフトウェアの利用

• 本ソフトウェアは、個人的・非商用目的に限り無料で利用できます。
• ライセンスの詳細は LICENSE.txt をご確認ください。
• 本ソフトウェアは Windows 10/11 向けに提供されます。他の環境での動作は保証しません。

2. 禁止事項

• 本ソフトウェアの再配布（公式サイト以外からの配布を含む）
• 本ソフトウェアの改変・リバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル
• 本ソフトウェアまたは本サイトを利用した違法行為
• 本サイトのコンテンツの無断転載・複製
• 本サイトへの不正アクセス・攻撃行為

3. 免責事項

• 本ソフトウェアは「現状のまま（AS IS）」で提供されます。動作の完全性・正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。
• 本ソフトウェアの使用により生じたデータの損失・破損、サーバー障害、その他一切の損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
• 本ソフトウェアはファイアウォール設定やポート開放など、システムの設定変更を伴う操作を含みます。操作の結果については利用者の責任となります。
• 本サイトに掲載されている情報は正確性を期していますが、内容を保証するものではありません。

4. 配布とアップデート

• 本ソフトウェアの正規の配布元は本サイト（https://www.maipilot.jp）のみです。
• 本サイト以外から入手したファイルについて、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
• アップデートはアプリ内の「アプリ更新を確認」から確認し、表示された最新版インストーラーを実行する方式です。
